Privacy Policy

1. What the app stores, and where

All of the following lives in the app's own storage on your device:

• Your entries — the text you write, the date, whether it's in the Scrapbook or the Diary, its status, and any series name you give it.
• Photos and videos you add to an entry, plus a thumbnail frame generated for each video.
• Background images you add for the cutout feature.
• Two settings: your language choice, and the optional sync address described in section 5.

If you have iPhone backups turned on, this data is included in your backup the same way any app's data is. That backup is between you and Apple; the developer has no access to it.

Deleting the app deletes all of it from your device.

2. What the app does not do

• It does not ask for an account, a sign-up, an email address, or a name.
• It contains no analytics, crash-reporting, advertising or attribution SDK. Its privacy manifest declares no tracking and no tracking domains.
• It contains no third-party libraries at all — only Apple's own frameworks.
• It does not read your contacts, calendar, location, health data, or microphone.

3. Photos and camera

• Add photo uses Apple's photo picker. The picker hands the app only the specific items you choose — the app is never granted access to your photo library as a whole.
• Take a photo uses the camera, and the photo goes straight into the entry you are writing. This is why the app asks for camera permission.
• Save writes a copy of a photo from an entry back to your photo library. This uses add-only permission: the app can add, and cannot read or delete what is already there.
• Anything you add is copied into the app's own storage. Removing it from an entry deletes that copy; the original in your photo library is left alone.

4. Processing happens on the device

Remove background and Read text both run through Apple's Vision framework, entirely on your iPhone. Your image is not uploaded anywhere for either one. Both work in airplane mode.

5. Optional sync to a server you run

Settings contains a field for a sync address. It is empty by default, and while it is empty the app makes no network requests at all.

If you enter an address, the app will read from and write to it. That server is one you set up and control. Your entries go to your machine — they still do not come to the developer. What that server does with the data, and whether the connection to it is secure, is your responsibility.

6. Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.

7. Deleting your data

Delete an individual entry from inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything at once. Because nothing is held anywhere else, there is no request to file and no copy elsewhere to erase.

一、App 存了什么，存在哪

下面这些全部存在这台设备上、App 自己的存储空间里：

• 你的记录——正文、日期、属于手帐本还是日记本、状态，以及你给它起的系列名。
• 你加进记录的照片和视频，以及为每段视频生成的一帧缩略图。
• 你为抠图功能添加的背景图。
• 两项设置：界面语言，以及第五节说的那个可选的同步地址。

如果你开着 iPhone 备份，这些数据会像任何一个 App 的数据那样被一起备份。那份备份是你和 Apple 之间的事，开发者接触不到。

删掉 App，这些东西就从设备上一起没了。

二、App 不做什么

• 不要账号、不要注册、不要邮箱、不要姓名。
• 不含任何统计、崩溃上报、广告或归因 SDK。隐私清单里声明了不追踪、无追踪域名。
• 完全没有第三方库，只用 Apple 自家的框架。
• 不读通讯录、日历、位置、健康数据和麦克风。

三、照片和相机

• 添加照片走的是 Apple 的照片选择器。选择器只把你挑中的那几张交给 App，App 自始至终拿不到整个相册的访问权。
• 拍照会用到相机，拍完直接进入你正在写的那篇记录。这就是 App 要相机权限的原因。
• 下载会把记录里的照片存一份回你的相册。用的是「仅添加」权限：只能往里加，读不了也删不了你相册里已有的东西。
• 你加进来的东西都会复制一份到 App 自己的存储里。从记录里删掉时，删的是这一份副本，你相册里的原图不动。

四、处理都在本机完成

去除背景和识别文字都走 Apple 的 Vision 框架，全程在你的 iPhone 上跑。两者都不会把图片传去任何地方，飞行模式下照样能用。

五、可选：同步到你自己的服务器

设置里有一个填同步地址的位置。它默认是空的，只要它空着，App 完全不发任何网络请求。

如果你填了地址，App 会去那个地址读写数据。那台服务器是你自己搭、自己管的。你的记录去的是你自己的机器——依然不会到开发者这里。那台服务器拿这些数据做什么、连接是否安全，由你自己负责。

六、儿童

本 App 不收集任何人的个人数据，不分年龄。

七、删除你的数据

在 App 里删掉单篇记录，或者直接删掉 App 一次性清空。因为数据不存在别处，所以没有什么申请要提交，也没有别的副本需要清除。

八、政策变更

任何改动都会更新在本页，并在上方标注新的日期。
